43rd Israel Archaeological Congress: Thursday, April 6 at Hebrew University
The 43rd Israel Archaeological Congress, which will take place in Hebrew on Thursday, April 6, is an opportunity to learn about current archaeological research in Israel, some of which was conducted by researchers and students at the Hebrew University's Institute of Archeology.
The conference, which takes place every year a different university, will include archaeologists from the Israel Antiquities Authority, as well as faculty and student researchers from all the institutions in Israel.

WHERE: Hebrew University's Mount Scopus Campus
The plenary session (at the Dan Wassong Auditorium, Rabin Building at 4:30 p.m.) will discuss the Channel One TV series "And The Land Was Chaos" ("והארץ הייתה תוהו ובוהו") and will involve researchers touching on issues raised in the program such as archeology, media and society.
